8 hours guaranteed response time as standard, 4 or 2 hours response time options are available.

To determine the price of your contract we will need you to answer some questions.

The price will be updated as you go through the questions and choose your answers.

After you get the final price you can buy the contract. The Contract Forms and Terms and Conditions will be generated and pre-filled with your information.

Please note that the contract is subject to a visit of your premises by one of our engineers for a general equipment check to confirm that we are also happy to enter the contract.

After a satisfactory site check the contracts can be exchanged and our engineer can carry out the first PC health check and install our remote support tools on your computers.
